• Official sponsors and corporate partners of Churchill Downs Incorporated, its racing operations and/or marquee events, such as the Kentucky Derby;
• Official licensees of Churchill Downs Incorporated;
• Organizations and/or events for which Churchill Downs Incorporated or one of its business units or subsidiaries is an official sponsor; and
  Approved media outlets for use in news and editorial coverage.
• Churchill Downs Incorporated does not grant use of its registered trademarks and copyrighted logos to individuals for personal use or to individuals or organizations that host events at Churchill Downs Incorporated properties.

In order to obtain any registered trademark or copyrighted logo, you must complete the two-step process below. Once completed, your request will be reviewed for approval. Every effort will be made to expedite your request in a timely manner. If your request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail message with final instructions on how to obtain the logo(s) you have requested, including your username and password.

PLEASE NOTE: Churchill Downs Incorporated’s registered trademarks and copyrighted logos MAY NOT be incorporated into larger marks or logos and at all times must be presented independently and in their entirety. Please follow clear zone requirements as defined by the brand standards and logo sheets provided with each mark.
